About the role

We are seeking a Part time Senior Customer Service Assistant to join our Yarra Valley team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the daily operations of our store.

Key responsibilities
Stock management control, ensuring the accuracy of records and stock integrity
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with purchases to meet customer needs
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelving, displays, and merchandise presentation
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

About you
Previous stock management and retail customer experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace, both independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems is an advantage
Knowledge of Equestrian products and the industry is essential
