Located in Peakhurst NSW, we are a small business looking for a Marketing Assistant. Would suit a Mum as the role is 1 to 2 day, 8 hours per week to begin with, and to be completed during school hours.

We are a small business ion the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to help us spread the word.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be our behind-the-scenes marketing magic maker, supporting across:

Content Creation
Creating fun, engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Scheduling posts
Brainstorming content ideas that connect with teens and parents
Assisting with campaign concepts and launches

Paid Ads (Google + Facebook)
Assisting with setting up and managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Writing ad copy that converts
Monitoring performance and helping optimise campaigns

Email Marketing
Creating and scheduling email campaigns in Klaviyo




Writing engaging newsletters that feel like a chat, not a sales pitch
Supporting promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns

About you

You might be perfect for this role if you:
Have experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
Love writing and have a knack for fun, relatable copy
Understand the basics of Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Are organised, proactive, and full of ideas
Enjoy working in a small, growing business where your ideas actually matter
Can work in-house one to two day per week

Bonus points if you:
Love skincare or wellness
Understand tween and teen audiences (or are one at heart)
