About the Role

MACFORCE Australia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team based in Henderson, WA. This is a hands-on role within a busy industrial manufacturing and distribution workplace, ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock, inventory control, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Duties
Operate forklifts to safely load, unload and move materials
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
Receive incoming deliveries and accurately check stock
Store products in designated warehouse locations
Complete inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
Load and unload containers and transport vehicles
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
Conduct routine forklift and equipment inspections
Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as required




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements
Previous experience as a Warehouse Operator, Storeperson or similar role
Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
Experience with freight handling, stock control and inventory management
Ability to safely load and unload trucks and containers
Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems (desirable)
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
