Female Support Worker – Margate/Redcliffe Area

We're looking for a warm, creative, and reliable support worker to join our team, supporting a wonderful client in the Margate/Redcliffe area.

About the role:
2–3 shifts per week, 5–8 hours per shift
Ongoing, adaptable role suited to someone reliable and consistent

About our client:
Our client has requested a female support worker for personal care support (in line with genuine occupational requirement provisions under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984). She has a bubbly, easygoing personality and is looking for someone who can genuinely connect with her — someone creative, who thinks outside the box, and who shares an interest in photography, bushwalking, or creative pursuits more broadly.

Someone loyal and committed — consistent shift attendance is essential, as last-minute cancellations significantly impact our client
An interest in photography, creativity, or the outdoors (bushwalking) is a big plus
Someone who can bring energy, fun, and current ideas to activities

Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
National Police Check
Current driver's licence
Own reliable vehicle

Pay: $40.00 – $41.50 per hour
