Wait Staff (Food Runner / POS Attendant) – Villaggio Italian Restaurant

The Role:
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and positive wait staff to join our team. This role is focused on customer service, food running, and order taking (no beverage service required). You’ll play an important part in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner
Take accurate food orders using POS system
Deliver food promptly and efficiently to tables
Learn and confidently explain menu items to customers




Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
Work closely with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service
Create a welcoming, family-friendly environment for all guests

About You:
Positive, bubbly, and team-oriented personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Well-presented and reliable
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to learn the menu and systems
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential
