A2B Car Rentals are a rapid growing, family owned and operated rental car company, catering to private rentals and accident replacement rentals and are seeking someone to join our team in Canberra Fri-Mon 8am-5pm to start on Friday 2nd October.

This will be a varied role that includes detailing. driving and office work.

We have been operating for 20 years and have a fleet of 450+ vehicles.

We work in a close-knit team and value strong work ethic.

Previous experience in the Car Rental Industry is desired but not expected.

About the role

Duties include;
Renting cars to clients
Car return
Telephone (incoming) enquiries and bookings
Office administration
Driving to pickup and drop off customers at the airport.
Detailing vehicles to a high standard.
Completing damage reports

Work hours;
Friday to Monday, 8am-5pm.

To be successful in this role:
You will have strong customer service experience and skills, ideally in a similar setting.




You will pride yourself on your sales skills and feel confident recommending products and upgrades to customers.
You will enjoy working autonomously and as part of a team.
You will have intermediate computer skills be able to adapt quickly to a recent system
You will hold a current drivers licence
You will be confident driving a range of vehicles including automatic and manual transmissions and larger vehicles.
You will be punctual, reliable and well presented.
You will have a good attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and offer help in any department.
Ability to work autonomously.

Pay: From $33.05 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
