About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to support our sales team, customers and day-to-day administration. This is a hands-on role involving order processing, customer service, stock coordination and general sales support.

Key Responsibilities
Process retail and wholesale customer orders
Enter sales orders and adjust stock in MYOB
Manage inventory and stock adjustments
Respond to customer emails and phone enquiries
Liaise with sales agents across Australia and Recent Zealand
Support retailers and wholesale customers with orders and product enquiries
Prepare and share Excel price lists
Distribute product catalogues and product information
Assist with purchasing and stock requirements
Coordinate order updates, backorders and product availability
Follow up on customer orders and delivery requirements
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
Maintain accurate customer,



order and stock information

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or order processing
Good communication and customer service skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Experience with MYOB or similar business software is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work
Valuable organisational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, friendly and detail-oriented, with a practical approach to customer service and administration.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
