Limelight People are recruiting experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurses for an Acute Mental Health Inpatient Unit in a sought-after coastal Victorian location.

You will provide recovery-focused, evidence-based care to consumers experiencing acute mental health presentations and further develop your clinical skills within an established inpatient service.

Essential Criteria
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Eligibility to work as a Grade 2 Registered Psychiatric Nurse under the Victorian Public Mental Health EBA 2024–2028
Minimum three years’ post-qualification experience in mental health nursing
Demonstrated experience working within an Acute Mental Health Inpatient Unit
Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing is highly desirable
Sound knowledge of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and evidence-based practice
Solid communication, organisation and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
