A new and exciting chance has become available for a suitably experienced person to join the Regional Service team in the role of Technical Training Manager.

As a Technical Training Manager, you thrive on the responsibility of supporting the Toyota Dealer Network in Western Australia and meeting the Manufacturer’s aims in;
Delivering outstanding product and diagnosis technician training.
Developing specialist diagnosis technicians at every Dealership site.
Developing technical training packages that support current model technologies.

Key Qualifications:

The successful applicant will have a trade qualification in Automotive Technology and service experience in the automotive Industry, preferably within the Toyota franchise.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Polite and skilled manner.
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry,



preferably in service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Astute time management skills.
Analytical self-starter with experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to interact with the Service Department and provide relevant support as required.
Drive and energy and a positive attitude in completing responsible tasks.
A passion for continuous improvement in all areas of the business.
