Full time position

We are looking for an experienced baker who can independently produce and develop Japanese, Korean and Chinese-style soft breads.

Experience with products such as:

Shokupan / Japanese milk bread
Japanese Salt Bread / Shio Pan
Soft filled buns
Korean-style breads
Sweet & savoury Asian bakery products
Cheese, custard, red bean, ube and similar filled breads
Enriched soft doughs and milk breads

You must be able to work independently without supervision, manage production and help us develop a wider range of Asian-style breads.

We are looking for someone with genuine hands-on bakery experience who understands dough mixing, fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking.

Full-time stable position
$70K–$75K + super
Located in Maidstone
Up-to-date bakery environment
Prospect to develop your own new bread products
