Chef – Full time Position

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of professional chef experience.

Experience in a café, restaurant, or similar kitchen environment.

Robust knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.

Positive understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.

Available to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to menu standards.

Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Assist with menu preparation and kitchen organisation.

Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.

Manage food stock and minimise wastage.

Follow food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years required.

Pay: $26.44 – $35.00 per hour
