The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to join our management team on a casual, part-time or full-time basis.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong presence on the floor, working closely with management to oversee daily operations, support our front of house staff, and maintain high service standards across the venue.

Key Responsibilities
Leading and motivating the front of house team throughout service
Working closely with the management team to achieve operational goals
Ensuring venue is presented to the highest standard
Training front of house staff
Resolving customer concerns
Maintaining high standards of service




Opening and/or closing of the venue

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a similar role
Valid WA Approved Managers certification
Solid background in food and beverage operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to engage confidently with both staff and customers
Hands-on leadership style with a strong work ethic
Reliable, organised, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment
Adaptable availability, including nights and weekends

Pay: $36.81 – $51.54 per hour
