The Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Wage is negotiable based on experience.

You will:
Provide expert mechanical and servicing advice to customers
Diagnose and repair vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer warranty processes, standards, and guidelines
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time
Deliver excellent, friendly customer service
Maintain a secure and organised working environment
Use computer systems for daily business communication, job tracking and record keeping

What You'll Bring
Mechanical and servicing experience across engines, transmissions,



brakes, and suspension
Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills
A self-motivated approach with the ability to thrive in a team environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow dealership and manufacturer procedures
Reliability, punctuality, and a qualified presentation
A warm, friendly, and customer-focused manner
Current NSW Driver's Licence
Current Trade Licence (qualified)
Rego Inspection Approval an advantage but not essential
