Mainly evening shifts, potentially some lunch shifts available. Cocktail list in place, must have experience holding down a busy bar. If you know mezcal, you win a gold star.

You will be:
preparing cocktails, pouring beers, wines and spirits
serving tables
cleaning and organising
receiving and rotating stock

You will be expected to punch out delicious cocktails at a rapid pace, experience necessary.
