About the role:
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this position will be accountable for the safe and reliable day to day operational management of the Quilpie Depot.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily operational management & supervision of depot staff including recruitment, training, and performance management
Responsible for administration and reconciliation of stock
Collaborating with other departments to coordinate logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules




Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Comply with all external regulatory requirements – including BFM
Handling customer enquiries, issues, and complaints in a skilled manner

The successful applicant will require:
Previous experience in heavy vehicle &/or fuel industry an advantage
Proven understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance and Chain of Responsibility legislation
Sound Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
Effective communicator with proven record of building & maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Confident decision-maker with ability to work autonomously & lead a team within a diverse logistics operation
Well-developed organisational, problem solving and time management skills
