Casual | Immediate Start | Ongoing Work

We are currently seeking a Male Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to a male participant in the Gold Coast, QLD area.

This position is suited to a reliable and compassionate support worker who is confident working with male participants and understands the importance of dignity, privacy, choice and person-centred support.

About the role:
Provide one-on-one disability support
Assist with daily living and personal care as required
Support community access and activities
Encourage independence and participation
Follow the participant's individual support plan
Complete transparent and accurate shift notes
Maintain professional boundaries and participant dignity

About you:
Male Disability Support Worker
Previous disability or community support experience preferred
Reliable, patient and respectful
Confident working independently
Good communication and documentation skills




Comfortable supporting a male participant with daily living needs
Available for weekend and versatile shifts
Gold Coast-based or willing to travel within the area

Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR
Relevant disability support qualification or experience
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Australian working rights
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
