APAC Talent Solutions is recruiting for an experienced roofer or roof plumber to join an established residential roofing team based in Brisbane and Moreton Bay. This is a permanent, full time PAYG position, not casual or subcontract work.

$50 to $65 per hour plus superannuation
$1,000 retention bonus every quarter
Fuel card and a monthly RDO (rostered day off)
Steady residential pipeline already booked through to February 2027

The job
Installing, repairing and maintaining metal roofs
Metal roofing repairs and full re-roofs on residential jobs, including insurance repair work
Keeping the site secure, compliant and on schedule
Working alongside the supervisor to manage job progress,



with the option to lead a small crew depending on experience

What's needed
3+ years' metal roofing experience, residential background
Confident doing metal roof repairs and full re-roofs
White Card (Construction Induction Safety certificate) and Working at Heights ticket
Driver's licence and reliable transport
Safety-focused and reliable

Cert III Roof Plumbing, an EWP (elevating work platform) licence, and insurance repair experience are a bonus, not essential, so don't rule yourself out if you're missing one of these.
