Leadership of a multidisciplinary team with the ability to develop and monitor performance and guide staff through change
Proven experience in the human services field including the interpretation and application of legislation, policy and procedures in an operational setting
High level knowledge of contemporary evidence-based offender management and behavioural change practices with a robust commitment to protecting community safety
Superior communication skills (written and verbal) with high attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander issues
Proven ability to build and manage solid relationships with peers, team members, internal and external stakeholders
