We are seeking an experienced and energetic Café All Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. You'll play a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. OUR CAFÉ ALL-ROUNDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Delivering exceptional customer service
Speaking and interacting with both recent and regular customers
Preparing and serving specialty products and beverages
Adhering to recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage items
Handling cash and POS Systems




Maintaining a clean and comfortable work setting
Following health and safety guidelines

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
High energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
Well presented, communication and time management skills
Experience making coffee, some barista skills
Some cooking experience
Can speak English fluently
Must be in Australia for at least 12 months
