Weekday Track Marshal

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and safety-focused Track Marshals to join our team on weekdays.

As a Track Marshal, you’ll be responsible for helping our customers have a safe, fun and memorable go-karting experience. You’ll be out on the track supporting customers, monitoring safety and keeping sessions running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
Monitoring the go-kart track and ensuring customers follow safety rules
Managing the start and finish of races
Helping customers understand and follow safety procedures
Responding quickly and appropriately to incidents on track
Keeping a constant eye on the track and identifying potential hazards
Helping keep the track and surrounding areas clean and organised
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Working closely with the wider team to keep sessions running efficiently
Following all company safety procedures and reporting any issues to management

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous go-karting experience – full training will be provided.

Reliable and punctual
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
Alert and able to stay focused for extended periods
Calm and confident when dealing with incidents
Physically capable of working in an active workplace
A robust team player
Safety-conscious and responsible
Friendly, energetic and willing to get stuck in
