About the Role:

Rojone Pty Limited, an established and agile company based in Ingleburn, is seeking a commercially-minded and detail-driven Management Accountant to join our finance team. In this pivotal, in office role, you will oversee financial planning, monthly management reporting, and variance analysis to support our strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, journals, and financial statements
Develop and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasting
Support commercial decision-making by analyzing cost structures, pricing, and profitability.
Conduct detailed financial variance analysis and prepare insightful reports for the leadership team
Ensure strict adherence to statutory, compliance, and taxation deadlines
Collaborate with the broader administrative and AR teams to streamline workflow.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance,



or an equivalent qualification.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proven experience in a commercial Management Accounting or similar finance role within a manufacturing enviroment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities and familiarity with ERP preferably Microsoft Navision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Capacity to commute daily to the Ingleburn, NSW location to directly work with our production team
