We are an accredited and well-respected Sydney based Traffic Control company operating over 10 years in the Sydney Construction and Civil Industry. We have a position available in the near future for a senior operations team leader. This role will be client facing with a company vehicle and would suit a outstanding communicator with existing Traffic Management experience. This is a very versatile role and the successful applicant will have the ability to work very well in a team workplace.

The role:

· Site Inspections including Daily Traffic Safety Audits

· Asset management including Weekly Traffic Fleet audits and stock taking.

· Procurement of Traffic Equipment and company assets

· Performance management of our roadside Traffic Controllers

· Rostered allocations and out of hours phone management (To cover leave)

· Client relationship management

The person:

The right candidate for this role will have

· Well above average level Computer / IT skills.

· Advanced commination skills written and verbal.

· Incredible people skills,



a high level of time management skills and attention to detail.

· At least 2 years Traffic Industry experience

· Flexibility for out of hours / Construction industry hours

· Minimum blue and yellow traffic industry tickets

· Previous Traffio, Rapid-plan or similar software experience an advantage

· Previous experience drawing TGS’s or similar an advantage

· Previous people management experience an advantage

· Full-clean driver’s license – essential
