Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, curries and other South Indian specialties.
Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
Prepare ingredients, marinades and kitchen prep as required.
Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Work efficiently during busy service periods.




Assist with general kitchen duties and maintain a clean workstation.

Requirements
Previous experience in South Indian cuisine preferred But not mandator.
Positive knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work in a quick-paced commercial kitchen.
Catering students or candidates with basic South Indian cooking knowledge are welcome to apply.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
