About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and strong culinary expertise to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, managing kitchen operations, maintaining high food safety standards, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work setting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and execute menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
Manage daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff as needed
Collaborate with management on menu development and special events
Adapt recipes and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests

Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety,



and kitchen management
Creativity and passion for food with an eye for detail
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a quick-paced environment
Solid leadership and teamwork abilities
Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred but not required)

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
