Bluff Point Dental is seeking a warm, qualified, and organised Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our growing practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy setting, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play an significant role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming patients and visitors to the practice
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries
Scheduling and managing appointments
Confirming appointments and managing recalls
Processing payments
Assisting with patient - dentist communication
Managing emails and administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the clinical team to ensure the smooth running of the practice

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
