Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality cutting, colouring, styling and finishing services
Consulting with clients to understand their individual style, hair goals and needs
Delivering personalised recommendations and professional hair care advice
Building and maintaining robust, loyal client relationships
Maintaining a high standard of client care and professionalism
Keeping up-to-date with current techniques, trends and products
Working collaboratively with and supporting other members of the salon team
Contributing to the warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere of The Little Salon.
