About the role

This is a hands-on role working across the farm, livestock and vineyard operations. The role will mainly focus on farm and machinery work, along with vineyard and general property maintenance. You'll be working as part of a small team across the Stein farm and vineyard, with plenty of variety and the chance to build your skills across different parts of the business.

Key responsibilities
Operating tractors and farm machinery
Slashing, mowing, mulching and spraying
Fencing and general farm maintenance
Livestock feeding, handling and general care
Irrigation installation, maintenance and repairs
Vineyard maintenance and seasonal work
Trellis repairs and general vineyard upkeep
Pruning, canopy management and harvest work
General property improvements and maintenance

About you
Previous farm,



agricultural or vineyard experience
Confident working around machinery and tractors
Positive understanding of general farm work
Reliable and punctual
Practical with a solid work ethic
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Confident operating tractors and farm machinery
Able to work outdoors in all conditions
Physically capable of a hands-on role
Current driver's licence holder
