Are you an experienced gardener who takes pride in keeping parks, gardens and sporting fields looking their best?

We're looking for skilled Gardeners and Horticulture Team Members to join our team maintaining parks, sports fields, gardens and open spaces across Mornington, VIC.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who wants consistent full time hours, long-term work and a genuine pathway into permanent employment.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for maintaining parks, gardens, sports fields and open spaces to a consistently high standard, including:
Mowing and maintaining lawns, parks and sports fields
Operating ride-on and zero-turn mowers
Pruning, planting and fertilising
Weed control and pest management
Operating and maintaining horticultural machinery and equipment
Maintaining gardens and landscaped areas
Completing maintenance records and job documentation
Following all workplace health, safety and environmental procedures
Supporting the broader horticulture and garden maintenance team as required

What we're looking for
Previous experience in horticulture, gardening, landscaping, parks and gardens or mowing operations
Current MR Driver Licence
Working with Children Check (WWCC)




Proven experience operating ride-on and zero-turn mowers
Robust understanding of secure work practices and workplace health and safety
Professional work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of work

DESIRABLE
Chemical application experience and/or relevant chemical certificate
Formal horticulture or landscaping qualifications
Experience working in parks, sporting grounds or local government environments
