Based at Walbundrie in the Albury/Wagga region of Current South Wales, this well-established harvesting contractor has built a strong reputation for reliability, professionalism and long-term relationships throughout rural communities. Harvest work will be undertaken across Southern NSW this year. Reporting directly to the business owner, you'll join a small team of experienced operators where independence, mechanical awareness and a team-first attitude are highly valued. This role will suit an experienced Header Operator looking for a harvest-only opportunity with a skilled contractor. An early start may be available from mid-September to assist with machinery preparation,



with harvesting expected to commence in October and conclude by mid-December (weather dependent).

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Operate a modern CASE IH header equipped with Trimble GPS as part of a three-header harvest team.
Complete daily pre-start checks, maintenance and assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Assist with pre-harvest workshop preparation and travel between harvest locations as required.

Selection Criteria:
Previous header operating experience with the ability to work safely and efficiently during harvest.
Sound mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform maintenance and assist with repairs.
Reliable team player willing to commit to the entire harvest period, travel with the crew and hold a current driver's licence.

Accommodation available during harvest assignments, or BYO caravan.
Seasonal full-time harvest role commencing September/October 2026 with hourly rate negotiable (ABN welcome).
