Job Description

Our employer is looking for multiple Customer Care Representatives to join a brand new contact centre in Bundall on the Gold Coast, available on a full time or part time basis. This is a meaningful role where every conversation makes a real difference, supporting older Australians, their families and carers to access My Aged Care services.

The centre is conveniently located within a short drive from Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Labrador, Runaway Bay and Helensvale. In this role the Customer Care Representative will be the friendly and trusted voice for customers, solving enquiries with empathy, working closely with a supportive team and building confidence through ongoing learning and development.



The ideal candidate is a robust communicator with a positive attitude, comfortable working in a fast paced workplace and using multiple systems.

Full training is provided and previous customer service experience is welcomed but not essential. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR 2 WKS FULL TIME TRAINING. CUSTOMERS MUST NOT HAVE LEAVE PLANNED WITHIN NEXT 6 MONTHS

Availability is required for rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 7am and 10pm and Saturday between 9am and 4pm. Applicants must have full Australian work rights and be able to obtain a satisfactory National Police clearance.
