The Practice

This well-established GP training clinic has been operating since 2018 and offers a highly supportive and cooperative environment. The practice is home to a team of 10 GPs, including the principal and owner who remains actively involved in consulting on-site. In addition, the clinic supports two GP registrars, contributing to a strong teaching culture and making it an ideal workplace for clinicians who enjoy mentorship and ongoing professional development.

The multidisciplinary model is further strengthened by the presence of on-site specialists, including a gastroenterologist and a geriatrician, allowing for comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Operating as a fully bulk billing clinic, the practice experiences consistent patient demand and high throughput. The clinic is open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 4pm on weekends, offering flexibility and steady earning potential.

The practice is also currently undergoing a significant renovation and expansion, expected to be completed by the end of the month.



These upgrades will add three current consulting rooms, a larger and more comfortable waiting area, a modern three-bed treatment room, upgraded staff facilities including a new staff room and amenities, as well as an expanded reception area and dedicated manager's office. The investment reflects the owners' ongoing commitment to enhancing both the patient experience and the working workplace for the clinical team.
