What You’ll Be Doing In your first few months:
Learn all stages of our pick/pack operations
General admin tasks — order management, reporting, consignment creation
Support the warehouse team with meeting daily operational objectives

As you develop:
Assist the Team with system maintenance, reports and financial admin
Manage customer enquiries and coordinate service updates
Support office coordination and customer management
Get involved in process improvement projects
