The Role
You will manage your own section with confidence, maintain exceptional service standards, and contribute to a culture of professionalism and consistency on the floor.
Essential Experience & Skills
Service & Section Management
Minimum 2 years’ experience in premium or high-volume dining
Solid understanding of service sequence and timing
Confident section ownership and table management
Ability to anticipate guest needs and personalise the experience
Operational Strength
Proficient with POS systems
Strong food and beverage knowledge
High attention to detail in table presentation and maintenance
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure
Availability
Availability across evenings and weekends
Current RSA & Food saftey certificate required
