Role Description
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of startups, industries, technologies, and emerging market opportunities.
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across relevant sectors and stages.
Perform financial, business, market, and competitive analysis to assess investment potential, risks, and growth prospects.
Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, investment cases, and other analytical materials.
Conduct due diligence on prospective investments, including market research, business model assessment, financial analysis, and competitive positioning.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for internal review and investment committee discussions.
Track portfolio companies, industry trends, market developments, and key performance indicators to support ongoing portfolio monitoring.
Develop relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, industry experts, co-investors, and other ecosystem participants.
Support deal sourcing, pipeline management, transaction execution, and post-investment activities.
Contribute to the development of investment theses, sector strategies, and research initiatives.
Stay informed about technological innovation, capital markets, competitive dynamics, and trends shaping the venture ecosystem.





Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Robust understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, business models, and investment principles.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex businesses, markets, and technologies.
Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Ability to assess market size, competitive landscapes, growth drivers, unit economics, and key business risks.
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into transparent investment insights.
Strong commercial awareness and genuine interest in startups, innovation, technology, and venture capital.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple research and investment workstreams.
Strong critical thinking and judgment, with the ability to form independent and well-supported investment views.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships with founders, investors, and internal stakeholders.
