Logistics & Operations Coordinator

Full-time | Gold Coast | Monday–Friday

Mobile Tyre Shop is a national organisation experiencing robust growth and seeking a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support the effective operation of our new Molendinar warehouse. This role suits an emerging leader with a solid operational background, ready to step up into broader responsibility.

Working closely with the State Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across logistics, warehousing, customer service and daily workflow management.

What You’ll Do
Keep daily operations running smoothly across scheduling, workflow and resource allocation
Coordinate logistics to ensure drivers hit every job on time
Manage tyre inventory,



stock levels and regular stocktakes
Work with suppliers and vendors to support seamless operations
Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and service issues
Maintain safe, compliant branch operations
Prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve performance

What You Bring
Strong operational background and excellent time management
Hands‑on leadership style with energy and initiative
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
Tyre, mechanical or auto‑electrical experience (highly regarded)
Customer‑focused mindset and strong communication skills

Reports to: QLD State Manager Location: Molendinar, Gold Coast Hours: 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday
