The Role:
As the go-to expert for customers, you’ll drive sales by recommending premium 4x4 accessories that meet customer needs. Based in our brand-new store, you'll report to the Branch Manager, convert enquiries into confirmed orders while delivering exceptional service and ensuring jobs run smoothly from booking through to completion.

What You’ll Do:
Drive Customer Satisfaction: Process customer orders with precision, from order entry and delivery tracking to invoicing.
Provide Administrative Support: Perform data entry, manage bookings, inventory management, and check workshop output before delivery to customers.
Be the Expert: Address sales inquiries over the counter, by phone, and via email from a diverse range of customers, including automotive dealers and trade clients.
Get involved in Epic Events: Participate in exciting events like 4x4 Shows and Open Days that showcase our brand and products.
