Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, invoices, and order processing.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Follow up on leads and support sales campaigns.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Administrative Support
Manage daily office administration including filing and data entry.
Coordinate deliveries and track stock.
Customer Service




Provide excellent front-line service to clients and suppliers.
Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service (preferred).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
