Transwin Australia (TWL) is looking for a Transport Operations Team Leader to take ownership of our transport interface, yard and transport operations at our Kemps Creek (KC1) facility, while playing an active role in leading the site as a whole.

This isn't a "stay in your lane" role. You'll be one of two operational leaders at Kemps Creek, working hand in hand with our Warehouse Operations Team Leader, stepping into warehouse activities, site safety and business continuity whenever the operation needs it, especially during leave, peak periods or shifting priorities. What you'll own:
Daily transport and carrier operations, including truck arrivals, departures and dock allocation
Yard traffic and transport activities across the site
Cross-cover into warehouse operations and broader site leadership when needed
Carrier and stakeholder relationships
Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and WHS compliance across the site
Transport documentation, pallet control,



reconciliation and inventory reporting, kept accurate and compliance ready
Coaching and labour planning alongside the Warehouse Operations Team Leader

What you bring:
Proven experience in transport, yard or carrier operations in a fast-paced logistics workplace
A genuinely organised mindset, the kind of person who keeps documentation, records and pallet control airtight without being asked
Robust grasp of CoR, WHS and transport/hardstand management
Confident working across warehouse, transport and inventory systems (SAP, WMS, TMS, PALTRAK, CHEP/LOSCAM or equivalent)
Genuinely invested in the people and partners around you, someone who lifts others up, shares knowledge freely and leaves every team and relationship stronger than they found it
A calm head under pressure and a genuine drive for continuous improvement
