Due to team expansion and the ongoing development of our Procurement function, an exciting prospect has become available for a Procurement & Supply Officer to join Rinnai Australia's Manufacturing & Technical Division. This role forms part of our commitment to building capability, supporting succession planning, and strengthening our supply chain operations.

In this hands-on role, you will manage an assigned supplier and product portfolio, ensuring the timely supply of materials and components to support customer demand and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier and product portfolios
Drive procurement and MRP activities
Maintain inventory and reduce excess stock
Negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms
Support production, NPD and outsourced manufacturing
Improve supplier performance and supply continuity

About you




Experience in procurement, supply planning or materials management
Strong ERP/MRP experience
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
Analytical, organised and results-focused
Manufacturing experience preferred
Supply Chain, Procurement or Business qualification advantageous
