YOUR RECENT EXCITING ROLE

As a valued KEY TEAM player (reporting to the Managing Partner), you will love the VARIETY of:
being the FIRST professional phone contact for all new incoming clients doing an initial 'fact- find'+ attending to their initial queries +determining whether they have a plausible case and arranging client-solicitor meetings;
Triaging potential personal injury claims;
Organising new client packs including cost agreements and authorities online
general office administration+ assisting with business improvement projects as required.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have minimum 12 months OR more experience working as a legal assistant/secretary/paralegal in a personal injury law firm and/or an insurance company;
are a real 'PEOPLE' person with proven outstanding high customer-service skills, are patient and empathetic (essential);
have a warm +friendly professional PHONE manner+ high attention to detail (essential);
thrive in a busy, vibrant and fast-paced environment;
have an interest in personal injury law + are hungry to progress your career with a 1st-class personal injury law firm.
