The Chance The Transport Duty Manager – Safety and Compliance leads a team of bus operators, safely and reliably exceeding Swissport's client service expectations in Brisbane, and leads safety and compliance for the Transport Services business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all bussing operations meet Swissport and regulatory standards
Manage onboarding of recent drivers and ensure training compliance
Conduct high-standard safety investigations and complete reports
Develop and review standard operating procedures
Essential Requirements
Experience in incident investigation and safety recommendations
Experience in large transport/bussing operations
Current HR licence and Driver Authority desirable
