YOUR CURRENT ROLE

As a KEY Lawyer in this winning Total & Permanent Disablement/Superannuation/ Insurance Claims division of this first-class plaintiff firm, being mentored by a top industry leading partner and the head TPD lawyer+ support of a close-knit team, you will love helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their TPD/income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund+ other insurance policies.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

are an admitted solicitor with MINIMUM 1+ YEAR (or more) personal injury legal experience [including at least 1+ year specific experience in managing TPD (total permanent disablement)/superannuation/income protection insurance cases from start to finish;
