The Project Support

Officer will assist project and program managers with planning, coordination, and documentation, ensuring project activities are tracked, updated, and accurately reported. Daily responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, preparing status reports, organizing meetings, managing action items, and supporting stakeholder communication. The role also involves collecting and analyzing project data, identifying risks or issues, and contributing to process improvements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing reliable administrative and coordination support across multiple projects.

Qualifications
Strong project support capabilities,



including experience in Project Support and Program Management.
Well-developed interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement.
Sound analytical skills to interpret project data and support decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with standard office and project tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, project tracking software).
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a hybrid workplace.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in project coordination, business, or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
