Talent Acquisition Consultant

Bendigo | $70 per hour + Super | 100% Onsite | Immediate Start A leading heavy industry organisation in Bendigo is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Working closely with operational leaders, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical, trade, operational and corporate positions, supporting critical workforce needs within a complex industrial environment.

Your current role
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Conduct screening, interviews and candidate assessments
Manage recruitment activities through the ATS
Coordinate contracts, onboarding and stakeholder communication
Provide market insights and recruitment advice to leaders

What you'll need to succeed




Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Internal Recruitment role
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting for blue-collar, technical or industrial roles highly regarded
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and deliver results with limited support
