With strong foundations already established, the business is now focused on accelerating growth through surgeon engagement, procedural support, education, and market expansion.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential territory, working closely with shoulder surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and theatre teams to drive adoption across a sophisticated shoulder portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
Building and strengthening relationships with Shoulder surgeons and key hospital stakeholders
Supporting surgical cases and providing expert clinical assistance in theatre




Growing market share through strategic business development and account expansion
Identifying and converting recent opportunities across Western Australia
Delivering product education and procedural support to clinical teams
Developing long-term partnerships that drive adoption and clinical outcomes

What We're Looking For
Experience within Shoulder, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or a related medical device field
Strong clinical knowledge and credibility in surgeon-facing environments
Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Commercial mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach
Ambition to grow a territory and create new opportunities
Resilience, accountability, and a growth-oriented attitude
