We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join a busy Quarry/Recycling operation based in Rowville. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator looking for ongoing work, long hours and the potential to transition into a full-time position.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ excavator operating experience within a quarrying, recycling or similar heavy industrial setting. You must be confident operating excavators with a range of attachments, including rock breakers, magnets and other specialist attachments.

This role offers big hours, regular Saturday work and an immediate start for the right person. We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and takes pride in their work. You will need a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently while following site procedures and safety requirements.
What’s on offer:
$45–$50 per hour + travel and applicable allowances DOE

What we need:
Minimum 3 years excavator operating experience
Previous quarrying, recycling or similar industry experience

Valid Excavator ticket
