About the role

As Section Waitstaff, you're the face of your section — reading tables, setting the pace, and bringing your own style to every guest interaction. You'll run your section with precision through a busy, ever-changing service, working closely with hosts, kitchen, and the rest of the floor to keep everything moving without missing a beat.

Key responsibilities
Own your section — read each table and adapt on the fly, bringing energy and personality to every interaction
Guide guests through the menu, specials, and wine or beverage pairings with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm
Run a seamless service — timing courses, anticipating needs, keeping food and drinks flowing
Handle guest requests and curveballs with confidence, escalating to the Restaurant Manager only when needed
Keep your section clean, polished, and guest-ready, even at full pace
Work closely with hosts, kitchen, and fellow waitstaff to keep the whole floor in sync




Process orders and payments accurately on the POS, even during peak rushes

About you
Minimum 1 years' experience as waitstaff or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant
Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
Excellent communication skills and a natural team player
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
Friendly and welcoming personality
