What You’ll Do
Proactively call and engage inactive and recent members.




Follow up with members and help progress live deals.
Respond to support queries and member questions.
Keep CRM records and follow-ups organised.
Capture feedback to help improve the Scaling platform.

What We’re Looking For You’re a natural communicator who enjoys helping people, is comfortable picking up the phone and takes initiative. You’re organised, resilient, detail-oriented and confident using CRM tools such as HubSpot. Ready to help build the deal engine for entrepreneurs? Apply now!
