Located in Bondi Beach NSW 2026, KODA Cutters Pty Ltd operates a professional hair salon providing cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatment services. The business is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Hairdresser to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
Consulting with clients to understand their individual hair care, cutting, colouring and styling requirements.
Cutting, trimming and shaping hair using professional hairdressing techniques and tools.
Colouring, bleaching, highlighting and toning hair according to client requirements and desired results.
Providing professional styling and blow-dry services.
Applying appropriate hair treatments according to individual client needs.
Advising clients on hairstyles, colour, hair care and suitable hair products.
Maintaining high standards of client service throughout appointments.
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards for tools, equipment and work areas.
Keeping up to date with current hairdressing techniques, colouring services and styling trends.




Working collaboratively with other salon team members to maintain skilled service standards.

About You
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Hairdresser.
Relevant hairdressing qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Strong skills in hair cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments.
Sound knowledge of skilled hairdressing techniques and products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and provide personalised hair services.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high qualified and hygiene standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a salon team.

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: AUD $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
