We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solution Architect / Designer with a robust technical foundation in .NET technologies and deep domain expertise in Financial Crime (FinCrime) compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in IT,



with at least 3–5 years acting in a Solution Architect or Senior Designer capacity.
Domain Expertise: Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing Financial Crime compliance solutions (AML, KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, fraud, or screening systems) within the banking or fintech sector.
Technical Background: Deep software engineering background utilizing Microsoft .NET stack (.NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework) and contemporary enterprise design patterns.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience deploying solutions across cloud environment (AWS)
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical risk and compliance stakeholders.
